Processing
Every piece moves with intention.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
During heavy drop periods, processing may take slightly longer. Quality over rush.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves the nest, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and carrier.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as it moves.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking is automatically sent to your email.
If you don’t see it, check spam first — then reach out.
Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, TheBLKCrows is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this happens:

We’ll guide you, but we don’t control the carrier once it’s delivered.
Damaged Orders
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
